I would like a free estimate on how much it would cost to regrade the front yard (it is mostly flat but does not drain away from the house), put in car pads on each side of the driveway (preferably in stamped concrete, it's a duplex), and move some trees from too close to the house. Thanks!

We need 3 small/medium trees cut down and stump grinded, rest of trees (5-6) trimmed(canopy raised), front yard prepped and sodded (10x10' area), chipped stone walkway from driveway to front door (approx 15feet;2ft wide). and small retaining wall (18") from garage towards driveway (approx 5-6') decreasing in size.

Landscape lighting involves a combination of wiring work and creativity. Installing outdoor lighting is different from choosing decorative lighting fixtures for your home. For instance, landscape lighting fixtures have to be sturdy enough to withstand the kinds of weather conditions that your garden has to endure. Your outdoor garden lighting should be able to function through snow and scorching sun light, rain fall and wind. It makes little financial sense to have highly expensive decorative outdoor lighting fixtures that break down after just one bad season. Landscape lighting is not an investment that you should have to make again and again.
It can be tempting to visit your neighborhood hardware store, buy a few fixtures and take care of outdoor lighting on your own. However, a commercial landscape lighting company can help you design a perfect lighting plan that not only illuminates your garden, but also brings out its hidden beauty in the dark. Most professionals prefer to use low voltage outdoor lighting that is soft enough to bathe your garden in a warm glow, but also bright enough to make your garden visible from inside the house. Professionals can design well lit gardens that add to the security for your home, preventing break-ins. Studies have shown that homes with darkened yards and gardens are more prone to robberies, because the dark conditions provide a perfect cover for criminals.
A hot trend in outdoor home lighting these days is solar powered outdoor lighting. These rely on solar energy, and are therefore lower in cost.
